#PixiPretties
A beloved cruelty free worldwide makeup and skincare brand, Pixi Beauty was founded by makeup artist and product creator Petra Strand. The first Pixi store launched in Soho, London in 1999. Petra’s inspiration behind the brand came from her birthplace Stockholm, Sweden. Pixi’s mission: to bring out the natural beauty in all women.
“Looking like you, only better…in no time – that’s Pixi” – Petra Strand
The Pixi Pretties collaboration contains a variety of makeup products designed by various influencers and content creators, all with the intention to uphold Pixi’s motto to enhance natural beauty.
*this is a package containing items gifted to me by Pixi Beauty. This is not a paid sponsorship, all images and opinions are my own.
Pixi + Heart Defensor – Eye Heart Palette (Double Tap – 14.89g)
Heart (a beauty & lifestyle vlogger) designed this 8 pan palette with Pixi to make eyes stand out. With a colour scheme intended to be flattering to all skin tones, the palette consists of four matte shades and four shimmer shades, a mixture of warm/pink tone neutrals. Consistent with Pixi’s standard eyeshadow formula, this is a beautiful palette and one I’m sure many of you will fall in love with.
Price: £18
Pixi + RachhLoves – The Layers Highlighting Palette (Glow On 10.2g)
Rachel (YouTube creator) teamed up with Pixi to create the ultimate glow kit. Containing 5 pans, this versatile palette can be used all over your face and body (complexion, lids, cheeks, wherever!) to enhance your complexion and bring out your natural beauty. The formula is so soft and buttery, the highlighters luminous.
Price: £22
Pixi + Chloe Morello – Lip Icing (Sorbet, Bonbon & Parfait)
Chloe Morello (an Australian beauty blogger), came up with three stunning shades of lip icing, a silky lip topper that adds sparkle and shimmer. Can be worn alone, under lipstick or as a lip topper. Three shades, ‘Parfait’ – a beautiful silky soft baby pink glitter, ‘Bonbon’ – a rich vivid pink glitter and ‘Sorbet’ – a baby blue glitter with reflects of purple too. There’s no vivid scent but each one is beautiful – I’ve loved using these alone or as toppers.
Price: £16 each
Pixi + Maryam Maquillage – Lit Kits (Liquid Fairy Lights 5g & MatteLast Liquid Lip 6.9g)
(Day – Liquid Fairy Lights in ‘Mirage’ and MatteLast Liquid Lip in ‘Coral Bang’)
(Night – Liquid Fairy Lights in ‘Starry Night’ and MatteLast Liquid Lip in ‘Posh Nude’)
Two kits containing one Liquid Lipstick and one Liquid Eyeshadow created by Maryam (beauty guru) in two variations for perfect Day/Night look. The Fairy Lights are stunning, very similar to the Stila – Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow so I was super excited to try these and wasn’t disappointed! They’re easy to use, make a glitter cut crease a piece of cake, and look beautifully sparkly. Both liquid lip shades are my go to colours, a red and a nude. Let’s also talk about the price point, £16 for two full size products is a bargain in my eyes so get your hands on them if you can!
Price: £16 each
Pixi + From Head to Toe – Glow-Y Powder (9.36g)
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I swatched these after unboxing them, in the sence that because they are named glow, but are described as a highlighter. Beauty & Lifestyle creator Jen Chae behind ‘from head to toe’ created both the glow-y powder and endless shade stick. Both are extremely pigmented but I wouldn’t describe them as blinding if I’m honest. They’re definitely glow powders, once blended they add a beautiful sheen to the skin, but if you use a wet brush to apply them you will get more illumination. I’m obsessed with ‘Fetch’, a beautiful copper/bronze shade.
Price: £14 each
Pixi + From Head to Toe – Endless Shade Stick (1.5g)
I’ve fallen in love with this the most out of everything received, mainly because of it’s colour. A genius idea to put a cream shadow formula into a pen/crayon, this is so easy to use to add a perfect creamy bronze metallic effect to any eye look. It’s also beautiful buffed out all over the lid. Infused with green tea, chamomile and aloe this product is also kind to your skin.
Price: £16
